As we do not have all the overheads associated with running a high street retail outlet we can keep our running costs to a minimum and ensure that we offer you excellent value for money.

Teezz.co.uk is the trading name of Anthemis Designs Ltd (a company registered in England - No 3872799).

We source our transfer designs from suppliers in the USA, Canada and the UK All have an enviable reputation for producing top quality, hard wearing designs. In the past reproduction of highly detailed artwork onto transfers was not possible - today accurate reproduction is not only possible but can be achieved with a quality that often surpasses run-of-the-mill screen-printed clothing and accessories.

Please note that every effort has been made to ensure that the colour reproduction of the designs is as accurate as possible.

Value Added Tax
All our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) where appropriate.

All our products (with the exception of the car sun screens and mousemats) are machine washable at 40 degrees C. Do not iron directly onto the transfer design, if the design has become creased you can safely iron the back of the product at a medium heat setting. 'Design your own' designs which we have printed onto dark garments should be hand washed in a mild detergent and dried flat - the use of commercial washing machine powders and liquids may damage the design.

The car sun screens and mousemats can be handwashed in hand hot water and dried flat.

We are constantly seeking that balance between fast, reliable delivery times, good value and choice! Our delivery times are as follows:

All stock items will be despatched within 7-10 days of receipt of payment but we normally aim to despatch within a few days of payment being received. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will make a special effort to ensure that your order is despatched as soon as possible.

Items marked for 'special order' please allow 14-28 days as these are sourced from the US!

Please note that we do not accept orders with a total order value of over £200 without prior agreement.

Delivery restrictions may apply to some overseas countries - please ask us for details before placing your order.

'Goods not received' claims in relation to goods charged but not received must be made within 60 days of the date that the items were charged to a credit card or a cheque payment received.

Refunds
If you wish to return your purchase without giving a reason, then you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will return your money within 30 days of cancellation providing you have returned the goods to us undamaged. You will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods unless the conditions below apply. Please note that this does not apply to items which have been personalised on your behalf or on 'design your own' items.

If the product we supply to you is damaged, or you wish to return it to us due to manufacturing defects, or because of any error on our part, we will pay for the cost of returning the goods and will offer a refund or replacement within 30 days. You must however notify us of damaged goods or errors within 7 days of receipt. This applies to all our standard, personalised and 'design your own' products.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we cannot achieve our quoted despatch time.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Complaints procedure
If you have any complaint about any aspect of our service to you please contact complaints@teezz.co.uk You will receive a response to your complaint within five working days.

A VAT invoice is available upon request.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by joining our opt-in mailing list.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Rest of the world - the price charged does not include VAT but does include a mailing supplement of 17.5% to defray carriage costs.
