King Charles spaniel

Known in the USA as the English Toy Spaniel the King Charles Spaniel has its origins in the 1600's. The breed was particularly favoured by King Charles II who regularly exercised with his King Charles Spaniels in St James Park, London. With distinctive, appealing eyes the King Charles stands around 26 cms high and is an obedient, affectionate dog.
