Great Dane
The original gentle giant, standing at around 80 cms high, the Great Dane has its origins over 4,000 years ago (in what is now Germany) where it was used for hunting large game. Excellent with children and with an alert and lively character it is now a very popular pet dog. The Great Dane comes in a variety of colours including, black, blue, brindle, fawn and a striking harlequin.
