Great Pyrenees
A large and elegant dog the Great Pyreenees takes up to four years to reach maturity, a height of around 72 cms. Of ancient French origins it is thought to have descended from shepherd dogs in the Pyrenees. It is also known as the Pyrenean Mountain Dog and the Chien des Pyrenees.
